Service Description
After completing the booking for an initial consultation, I will offer you a free 20 minute telephone conversation. This is not compulsory but it can be a useful opportunity to briefly share your reason for seeking Herbal Medicine and for me to explain the practical side of working with a medical herbalist.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be rescheduled at least 48 hrs in advance of your scheduled appointment. Please contact Jemma directly to confirm your changes, and to rearrange or cancel your appointment. After 48 hours, the full fee will be retained. Provision will be made for non-recurring extenuating circumstances.
